DesignFest '95 -- Workflow Problem

At OOPSLA '95 designers came together to test their object-oriented design skills in a half-day workshop called DesignFest. Participants assembled as small teams to tackled one of several problems. Assisting the teams were the problem author (in the role of customer), a moderator (who struggled to keep the team on schedule) and a recorder. Results were presented in a poster session later in the conference. These pages report the results of one of two teams that selected the workflow problem. They have been prepared from material presented at that poster session and collected after the event. See also related pattern: Operator Work Selection created at a later event.
